Touch Up Clean

The Touch Up Clean is our most simplistic and affordable cleaning service package. This clean includes light dusting of all surfaces, sanitization of kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming of all carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping of all floors, and trash removal. The Touch Up Clean is designed to compliment the Premium Clean when interchanged biweekly or monthly. 

Premium Clean

The Premium Clean is designed for the busy bee. We take care of all cleaning maintenance so you never have to lift a finger. Unlike the Touch Up Clean, this package includes loading and unloading the dishwasher, dusting baseboards and interior blinds, and changing bed linens. 

Deep Clean

The Deep Clean, designed for all first time cleans, is by far our most detailed and comprehensive cleaning package.  Unlike the Premium Clean, the Deep Clean includes the dusting and sanitization of all baseboards, trim, cabinets, doors, under furniture and beyond. 

Move In/Out Clean 

The Move In / Out Clean is designed for all uninhabited homes. All areas will be cleaned from top to bottom. This includes full sanitization of bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen.  The interior and exterior of all fridges, freezers, cabinets, and drawers will cleaned to perfection. We can even work directly with the property manager to ensure your move out checklist is complete.
